Fundraising request forms need to be completed at least three (3) months in advance of the request so that the item can be included in the agenda for the Finance Committee, approved and the requester notified. Fundraising request forms are on the website and also available at Suntree UMC office.

Please send the completed form to Suntree United Methodist Church, 7400 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL  32940  Attn:  Patricia Ryan, Fundraiser Committee Chair of the Finance Committee or scan form and email at She will arrange for the request to be presented to the Finance Committee and advise you after the Finance Committee meeting of the action on the request. If you have any questions, you may call Patricia at 321 751-2744.  You may complete the form and send electronically or drop off at the church.
