Important Notes: Please Check the list of church holidays, as your group will not be able to use our facility on those dates. You need confirmation on all requests submitted before you are firmly booked. Sound/Video Techs and Child Care must be arranged for by the requestor. To schedule sound/ video techs, contact Mike Mayes at mikem@suntreeumc.org.

If you are not a church staff or ministry leader, please accept here to signify that: You have read and understand the Facility Use Policy of SUMC and agree to abide by it. You understand that your event is not scheduled until you have received approval via a confirmation, and that SUMC does not agree to provide setup or custodial assistance unless arrangements are made in a suitably timely manner. And that you will make your arrangements for sound and video assistance with the appropriate parties. Your payment for the facility will be due when your reservation is confirmed. Arrangements with the sound/video techs are made directly with them.
